- Cleanliness
- Types of accomodations, i.e. cottages, rooms, and/or suites
- Friendliness of staff
- Knowledgeable staff - How much do they know about what you're interested in, i.e. hiking, family activities, laws/regulations, etc?
- Amenities, ex. hot tubs, pool, restaurant, playground, etc
- Location - scenery, view, river, close to shopping, close to RMNP, etc
- Rates
- Activities - hiking from property, wildlife on property, close to town, close to park, nearby shopping, etc
